For what it's worth ...
Yesterday I bought "American Nations" but have barely started it . . . past the intro and into maybe chapt 2 . . . and now I'm budgeting for "Total Capitalism" . . . I appreciate the chance to explore a few (for me) provocative notions that I haven't been fully aware of . . . keep on truckin' . . .
